Terms & Conditions

01Who we are & scope

This site and the counter services it represents are operated by Shraddha Enterprises, a sole proprietorship based in Pune, Maharashtra, India ("we", "us", "our"). When you use this website, walk into our counter, or pay us through the Razorpay gateway, you accept the terms below.

If you do not accept any part of these terms, please do not use the service. For occasional users, "use" includes simply submitting the payment form on this site.

02Services we offer

We are a help counter, not a payment intermediary. Our role is to sit with you, explain the form, open the right government or utility portal, and make sure the receipt is generated. The actual statutory payment — property tax, electricity bill, EPF claim transfer, recharge, money transfer — is made by you, from your own account, on the official portal. Our services include:

  • Tax form assistance — property tax, water bill, electricity dues, professional tax. We help you log into the municipal or utility portal and fill the form.
  • Digital payment help — setting up UPI, doing mobile and DTH recharges, and making utility bill payments through your own app or account.
  • PF paperwork help — EPF withdrawal forms, claim status checks, UAN activation, KYC updates, all done directly on the EPFO portal with your login.

The only money you pay to us through this website is a small service fee — typically between ₹50 and ₹500 — for the help itself. We do not receive, hold, or remit tax money, bill amounts, or PF disbursements on your behalf.

03Information you give us

To complete a transaction we need accurate information from you — your name, mobile number, email, the service you need, the amount, and any reference like a consumer number, property ID or UAN. The Privacy Policy explains how we handle this data.

You confirm that any information you submit is true, that it relates to you (or to someone you are authorised to act for), and that the underlying transaction is for a lawful purpose.

04Payments & charges

The only payment you make to us through this website is our service fee — the charge for the time and help our proprietor spends with you. Service fees are typically between ₹50 and ₹500 per visit, depending on the work involved, and are communicated to you in advance, either in person or on the payment form.

The service fee is processed by Razorpay Software Pvt. Ltd., which supports UPI, credit and debit cards, netbanking, and select wallets. Razorpay's own terms apply to the payment leg of the transaction.

Important: any tax, bill, or government due you pay during your visit is paid by you, from your own card, UPI, or netbanking account, directly to the government or utility's own portal. Those funds do not enter our bank account, and we cannot refund or reverse them.

05Refunds & cancellations

Because we only collect our service fee through this website, any refund discussion is limited to that fee. If a payment fails after your money has been debited but before it reaches us, Razorpay will automatically reverse it within 5 to 7 working days. No action is needed from your side beyond keeping your transaction reference safe.

If you paid us the service fee in error — wrong amount, duplicate payment, or service not delivered — write to us at shraddhaenterprises140@gmail.com within 48 hours with the Razorpay payment reference. We will refund the fee, less applicable payment-gateway charges, within 5 to 7 working days.

Service fees, once the help has been delivered (the form filled, the call made, the portal walked through), are non-refundable.

For the underlying tax or bill: if the payment you made to the government or utility was incorrect, you must approach that agency directly with your bank statement and their own receipt. We can help you draft the request, but the refund decision and timeline rest entirely with the agency.

06Your obligations

  • Use the service only for lawful purposes and for transactions you are authorised to make.
  • Do not submit false, misleading, or stolen information — including someone else's payment instrument.
  • Keep your transaction references and receipts for your own records.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise misuse the website.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any transaction we reasonably suspect to be fraudulent, in violation of law, or against these terms.

07Turnaround & receipts

Most help is completed within a single counter visit or call. For statutory payments you make on the government portal during your visit, the agency's own receipt is generated immediately on their portal and emailed to the address you provided to that agency. We will also email you our service fee receipt from Razorpay.

PF and similar regulated services follow the timelines published by EPFO or the relevant authority. We cannot guarantee an outcome or a date that is in the agency's hands.

08Limits on our liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, our liability for any claim arising out of your use of this service is limited to the amount of service convenience fees you paid us for the specific transaction in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for losses arising from the actions or delays of any third party — including banks, payment gateways, government agencies, or telecom operators.

09Third-party services

This site uses Razorpay for payments and may link to government portals and other third-party sites. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or policies. When you leave this site for a third-party portal, that party's terms and privacy policy apply.

10Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time — for example, when we add a service, change a fee, or comply with a new regulation. The current version is always on this page, with the "Last updated" date at the top. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by direct conversation is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra.
