02What we collect
When you use this site or our counter, we collect the following kinds of information:
- Identification details — your name and mobile number, and where you provide them, your email and address.
- Transaction details — the service you chose, the amount, any reference number you give us (property ID, consumer number, UAN, etc.), and any note you add.
- Payment metadata from Razorpay — the payment ID, order ID, payment method (UPI / card / netbanking / wallet), and the status of the transaction. We do not see or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or bank password — these go directly to Razorpay and the banks.
- Documents — when a service requires it (for example, PF claims), we may take copies of identification documents such as Aadhaar, PAN, payslip, or bank passbook. We use these only for the specific job at hand.
- Technical data — basic logs of your visit (IP address, browser, pages viewed) for security and to keep the site working.
03How we use it
- To process our service fee payment and send you a receipt.
- To help you with the specific paperwork you came in for — for example, opening the right portal, filling the form alongside you, or following up on a claim status.
- To keep accounting records and meet our tax obligations.
- To answer questions, handle refund requests for our service fee, and respond to legal requests we receive.
- To protect against fraud and to investigate suspicious activity.
We do not use your information to send unrelated marketing messages, and we do not sell your data to anyone.
05Payments & Razorpay
When you click Pay with Razorpay, the payment window is operated by Razorpay, not by us. Your card or banking details are entered directly into Razorpay's secure form. Razorpay is a PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment aggregator regulated by the Reserve Bank of India.
We receive a confirmation from Razorpay containing the payment ID, the method used, the amount, and the status — and we store that confirmation against your transaction so we can reconcile, refund, and issue receipts.
06How long we keep it
We keep transaction records for at least eight years, as required under Indian tax and accounting laws. Other information — such as documents you shared for a one-off service — is kept only as long as needed for that service, plus the period the relevant law requires. After that, the information is securely deleted or anonymised.
07Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your information — including HTTPS for all data in transit, access controls on our systems, and limiting the number of people who can see your records. No system is 100% secure, but if a breach affects your information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities in line with Indian law.
08Cookies & analytics
This site uses only essential cookies needed to keep the site working — for example, to remember that the Razorpay window was opened. We do not run third-party advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this page and ask for your consent where required.
09Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and related Indian law, you have the right to:
- Ask what personal data we hold about you;
- Correct anything that is inaccurate or out of date;
- Withdraw consent for processing where the law allows;
- Ask us to erase your data, where we don't need to keep it for legal or accounting reasons;
- Nominate someone to act on your behalf if you are unable to;
- Raise a grievance with the proprietor — see the contact section below.
To exercise any of these rights, write to us at shraddhaenterprises140@gmail.com with enough information for us to identify the record. We aim to respond within 30 days.
10Children
This service is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we hold information about a child without proper consent, please write to us and we will remove it.
11Changes to this policy
We may revise this policy when our services change or when the law requires. The current version is always on this page, with the "Last updated" date at the top. For significant changes that affect how your data is used, we will give you a clear notice before the change takes effect.
